Sustainability Work

Rubato is built on the foundation of a permanent collection where we strive to carry the same garments season after season. We make garments that are not pre-distressed. We use fabrics and materials that are selected for their durability and ability to age gracefully.

We try to the best of our abilities to not over produce products.

We hope and believe that our philosophy contributes to educating customers about over consumption and climate awareness.

All our shipments, both export and import, are fully climate compensated.

All of our packaging is climate compensated.

We minimize the use of plastic packaging with the end goal of zero plastic use.

We try to repurpose as much of our packaging as possible as well as recycling all waste.

We always consider sustainability issues when planning and managing decisions. We promote and encourage environmental awareness to ensure our employees and management are aware of their environmental responsibilities. We always strive to stay educated and updated on the latest knowledge and how to improve ourselves, our brand and our workplace.
